"The location was excellent. A 5-10 minute walk from the train station and a 3 minute walk to the ferry terminal. The hotel is right on the main plaza in Como, steps from shopping, restaurants and the water. The A/C worked very well and the bathroom was nice. The mini fridge was a nice surprise."

"スタッフに連絡をして鍵を開けてもらわないとチェックインできないスタイル。こまめに到着直前まで時間を伝えて連絡を取っていたのに、到着すると誰もおらずビルも施錠されて入れなかった。
メッセージを送っても連絡がつかず、インターホンを押してもイタリア語しか通じない人物が出て、何も分からず鍵も開けてもらえなかった。
呆れていたらたまたま別の宿泊者らしき人間が鍵を開けたため中に入り5階まで登ったが、やはりイタリア語しか通じないスタッフしか居なくてチェックインに手間取った。
メッセージでやり取りしたスタッフはその日は不在とのことだった。
設備は悪くなくエアコンや冷蔵庫、ケトルが部屋にあり、共用部に電子レンジがあるのも良かった。しか しエアコンは非常に効きが悪く、つけたまで外出して部屋に戻ると部屋中がタバコ臭くなっていた。
翌日に宿泊税6ユーロを支払うように伝えられて、現金で払おうとして10ユーロからしかないと伝えると、お釣りを払えないと言われたため、クレジットカード払いに変更すると7ユーロ取られた。"

"We loved staying here during our trip to Como. The staff are attentive and helpful. Our room had a lot of character and space. The bath tub was really nice. Our view of the lake was pretty too. We would be happy to stay here again."
