"Lightfoot house is a lovely compact 1 bedroom property. Very well decorated and very clean. Thank you for supplying all of the essentials needed for our trip. The location was very good, a 20 minute stroll along the canal gets you into the city centre. The suburb of Hoole is a short walk away also, with a good selection of pubs and restaurants. "The Callie itself is a good location, great space and nice modern decor. It is in need of a little TLC in places like toilet roll holders hanging off the wall, lock on downstairs bathroom not functional, furniture chipped and shelving not level at all. It could be an amazing property with some TLC! The outdoor area (although winter) needs addressing. "There is no “front desk” just the property manager and they do not answer any calls from you or hotels.com. I had to call them constantly for twenty minutes just to get into the house because they didn’t send any email with information on how to do that. There was no hot water for showers and the bathroom upstairs leaked into the bottom room which my group stayed in. "Great property although an odd set out and you cannot park outside. You have to park at the back of the house where there is no access to the house and then have to walk all the way around. The property was lovely, very clean, beds comfy and lots of extras ypu may need such as coffee, sugar, cereals etc Greay stay i just thought access to enter the house was a bit strange.
