▶照明は蛍光灯と白熱灯があるが暗く、蛍光灯は中に虫の死骸だらけ（何年も掃除していない）
▶部屋の掃除は行き届いておらず、ホコリや小さなゴミがそのまま、南京虫が居そう
▶共用部分の廊下や階段はきしみ音あり、補修された様子なし、お湯の出も悪くチョロチョロ、トイレから外の雪溶かし水道ホースが出ていて窓が完全に閉まらず極寒"

"Decent sized room for two people, property was nice and quiet while we were there.
You can reserve the large bathtub they have in the basement if you want access to a private bathing experience and their were plenty of public onsen or bathhouses in the surrounding neighbourhoods. "
