"The room is very outdated and plumbing is terrible as our room sink and shower was clogged. The good thing was plenty of outlets but our lamp had stains on it. The carpeting looks like it is from the 80s. We told the front desk about our room and every staff member was super sweet but it worked for one day and then was back clogged. The bar does not open until 3 daily which is insane for individuals on vacation. On the menu it states Frozen Margaritas however they do not have it before 3 the...

"Best staff! Check in was smooth although there was a long line of tired people whose flights had been canceled. The front desk staff was efficient, polite and super friendly. The shuttle was easy to find at the airport. Our room was clean and spacious, and the beds were very comfortable."
