The hotel overall is good, especially the lazy river pool, food is good too. The only downside is the stuffs, they are not happy for some reasons, not welcoming.

Friendly staff! Easy check -in. Drinks are good but pricey. Had a great stay! Want to give a shout out to a young maintenance man who had to go above and beyond and clean up a disgusting mess. His name is Kessler. Please take note manager!

Beautiful hotel. Check it with parking was very slow. The hallways on my floor were quite dirty. Garbage bags were in the hall. The pool was very beautiful, though the pool is open to the public to buy passes. The pool had a DJ playing the worst music extremely loud. It was not overly relaxing.

The property was great and the hotel was very nice. However, I had a handicap accessible room and the shower was terrible. I couldn't take a shower without flooding the bathroom. I had to take very short, cold showers to avoid flooding

Clean, staff was so helpful, love the pool area, lots of restaurants and walking distance to so much. Love that it’s connected to the convention center, which is where our event was located.

I made reservation but had to cancel due to catching a virus and felt it unsafe for myself and others. I called 24- 48 hours ahead of time and explained my situation, front desk said ok they will take care of it and I still got charged for the stay even though I was never checked in.
