"When you first pull up to the property, you may not expect much, but once we got into the room, our expectations were definitely exceeded.
We stayed in a double room on the first floor. The room was extremely clean, smelled fresh, and had clearly been recently updated. The finishes were very well done, and although the bathroom was small, it was clean and functional.
The only thing worth noting is that there are active train tracks directly behind the property. A train does pass by a couple of times a day, and one around 11 p.m. startled and woke our kids. If you’re not a light sleeper, this likely won’t be an issue, but light sleepers may want to bring earplugs or use white noise. I hadn’t seen this mentioned in the other reviews I read, so I thought it was worth noting. That said, it would not personally be a dealbreaker for us.
Overall, check-in was easy, communication was good, and the property itself is very well done. The back area is also beautiful, peaceful, and a great place to relax. We had a very positive stay overall."
