"Wonderful hotel to stay and front desk was very helpful. Only thing is not great about it is the parking. Instead of them charging a flat rate, you get charged hourly up to 6 hrs then bill you for overnight which is not great if you want to leave to grab lunch then have to come back and start a new tab. Other than that we had a great time there."

"I’ve stayed at this hotel many years ago and finally came back to Laguna beach and was excited to stay here again (I forgot the name but seeing pictures helped) and was not disappointed. We got the corner room downstairs and thought it was perfect for a little small family getaway. The front desk girls were absolutely so sweet and helpful that it made the experience all the better. "Our room was disgusting! The previous peoples clothes were still in the bathroom, hair on the floor, food crumbs in the bed and food wrappers in the nightstand. There was mold in the fridge, crumbs on the floor, and mold in the fridge. We were told the room had been cleaned but it was obvious they just came in and made the beds without changing the sheets.
