"I complained on the same day that they gave a small room and also the shower was full leakage and it was so horrible to bath and the TV didn't work in spite of so many calls also they didn't attend I never book this hotel This hotel is not even worth 2 stars. "This is a nice hotel pretty near to the Airport. Took us about 15-25 mts each way while coming from airport to hotel and the trip back to airport. Coming to hotel was in the afternoon so took longer because of traffic but not at all bad. The booking was handled by a lady at the front desk and whose name I have forgotten and I am sorry about that. She handled everything from booking the rooms, booking the van for airport pickup and also helped along with her team member to arrange for 2 cars back...
