"客室は1階受付の前で、人の声が良く聞こえて落ち着かなかった。 風呂の浴槽は広めだが熱く入れて冷ましながら沸かし直ししない感じ(早目に入ると凄く熱い)水は入れるなと書いてある。"

"We stayed at the Superior Twin Room with private bathroom. The view from that room was simply amazing. We really enjoyed making good use of the kitchen and common areas. The kitchen has utensils, coffee, tea and filtered hot and cold water. The common area also had a bunch of different books and games if you felt like having a relaxing day. The best part of this place is the Onsen. Also, there is a 7-11 within a 3 min walk. Overall, I highly recommend "

"The staff were all really nice and helpful. Our room was very clean, with an incredibly comfortable bed. The bar has a lot of options. They also offer a shared dinner, up to 10 people per night, and that was a great experience with a great group of people. We would stay here again in the future!"

"A truly unique experience that my family loved. The accommodation is over 100 years old, so it creaks, has low doorways and steep stairs but that was what made it charming. The staff were amazing at check in!"

"Rooms were clean and comfortable. The toilet and shower were also clean. Overall good value for the place especially visiting during an extremely busy time of year (New Years) in Hakone. The descriptions/reviews provided by other guest were pretty spot on. "
