"At this time of year there were not many guests at the hotel. It appeared that no more than a few rooms were occupied. Yet, when we arrived early - we were told to wait. Ok, lunch in town and a walk around - and yet when we returned we were not allowed in our room until the designated time. Not very friendly or helpful "

"I love this property. It started prior to my arrival, Lauren and Lindsay (front desk) were hospitable via phone and placed notes on my account for my arrival. Abigail (front desk) was professional, hospitable and welcoming upon my check-in. She gave info about the property and parking across the street, it was very helpful. Brandon (front desk) was also very helpful. A reliable front desk team. There was a minor issue with the safe, Brian (engineer) arrived instantly and fixed it, he is inspector gadget as far as I’m concerned. Last but not least Ali was very helpful with my rental car, anticipated when I’d use it and brought it to the lower level of the parking lot for a quick exit whenever necessary. This was an incredible stay. This is my hotel whenever I’m in town. Hopefully next time I can catch a Dayton Dragons game."
