The room and facilities were exquisitely decorated and clean!!!! the entire staff was very friendly also the front desk, and restaurant staff including Lucia were amazing. "Amazing find, located in Ribeira old town Porto! Rooms tastefully decorated, cool and had little extras like welcome glass of port, reusable bag as a gift, a chocolate in the room and magnifying mirror in the bathroom alongside standard one too. Breakfast was fresh and a good range of continental choice and eggs cooked to order, fresh juices and pastries too. There is an espresso machine in the breakfast room available throughout the day and in the afternoon is a selection of cakes and biscuits. Staff were very helpful throughout our stay. Would recommend! "

"My stay at Porto Palácio Hotel was truly exceptional. The service was warm and professional, the room elegant and comfortable, and the views from the rooftop bar were unforgettable. I especially appreciated the relaxing sauna steam room and jacuzzi and the hotel’s perfect balance of luxury and convenience. The breakfast buffet was amazing, it has everything you need and staff on hand were extremely friendly and accommodating. A beautiful experience I’d happily repeat."
