"The hotel is in a quiet area but not far from a main bus and tram route. Room was very clean with a nice big comfortable bed. Later hours for breakfast at weekend much appreciated. Friendly staff."

"Breakfast selection was good but our group could not sit together, there were only 6 of us, as the staff were trying to close down a section of the restaurant for cleaning. We ended up on 3 separate tables, not very customer centric."

"The hotel was lovely and clean. The room was spotless and the shower was amazing. The breakfast was fantastic with a good selection. It’s about a 10 minute walk from New Street Station so ideal location. Regarding the location and area around the hotel. In all honesty the general surrounding area is quite run down with a lot of boarded up buildings. Not a lot the hotel can do about that it’s just concerning when you first see the area. No problems though. It’s a quite busy and well lit area so getting to and from the hotel is fine from the city centre. "
