The check in process was smooth, they provided clear instructions as we were checking in on the weekend, so we had to self check in - but this was an easy and quick process. Sink was dirty, very cheap/ thin pillows, and the window wouldn’t shut. Not a bad location and nice to have space with sofa etc."

Eventually braved the rain and went to the property, no reply when I rang the bell. Looked on-line for possible other contact number to see that the property was closed. As the town was busy that weekend there was no affordable places for me and my daughter to stay so the only option we had was to head to train station and buy tickets to return to Newcastle. This...
