"Friendly staff, clean room, perfect location"

"Das Hotel hat eine super Lage, mit Blick auf die Tower Bridge. U-Bahn und Züge sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zimmer war super schön, groß, hell, Küche voll ausgestattet. Einziges Manko war das Frühstück. Zu wenig Plätze, man musste auf die sehr kleinen Tische im Empfang ausweichen. Die Präsentation war schwierig, weil sich immer nur eine Person etwas nehmen konnte und man so lange anstehen musste. Fazit: Kommen gerne wieder. "

"Great location at Trafalgar Square. Hotel is clean and nice. No issues with the noise. And their complementary coffee is amazing. I didn’t like that they don’t clean your room after check inn until you leave. "

"Check in process was regrettably difficult and unnecessarily which was all we needed after a 15hr flight. Other than that the apartment was great and hotel was in a great location. "
