"Lovely quaint little apartment. No good for anyone with mobility issues as the stairs to the second bedroom are exceptionally steep and no door on the downstairs bedroom."

"We were supposed to receive an email ahead of our arrival at the property, with check-in instructions. However, no such email was received. My wife and I arrived at the property at around 4p.m, after a long train journey from Thanet, but there was nobody there to greet us (as promised in the booking confirmation from Expedia). Nor was there an obvious front desk at the building. We tried several times to contact the property owner, but each time, the connection was cut-off after a few rings....

"Great location (5 minutes walk from Oxford Road Station) in the centre of Manchester. Easy check in (there's a £1 tourist tax per night, but that's across all Manchester hotels). Room was fine and as advised though, being on the lower ground floor (the basement), I opened the curtains to a view of..... a concrete wall. Not much of a problem since I wasn't spending much time in the room. Overall good and very handy to have a kitchenette"

"Communication from them was fantastic, they let you know everything you need to do to access the property. Room was lovely and clean. Directions to property were very clear (unless you're an idiot like me who doesn't read them properly!) Had one issue in the early hours of the morning as the room next door was being really noisy but I messaged the property and they sorted it out within about 5 mins. Would happily stay here again."

"Very poor service no one pickup the phone on reception. Also no internet. No worth it. No lifts. No suitable for the walking difficulties person."
