"My friends and I stayed here for 2 nights and we liked it. The staffs were friendly and accommodating. When we checked in, the receptionist was very helpful and even gave us some great recommendations for places to eat and check out. Rooms are also renovated and looked very new. Parking is free. Overall, I would stay again when we go back in Ucluelet."

"Wonderful experience. We have never been to Tofino. Lovely hotel, restaurant, coffee shop. Restaurant has a lovely patio, amazing knowledgeable staff and fantastic food. Hotel is quaint, clean, lots of areas to hang out. Beautiful view. Free parking was also a bonus. You can walk to many shops and other restaurants. We will be back!"

"It was a nice little spot. 15 min walk from Big Beach. If you want to visit downtown area, I suggest driving as it is a steep hill to walk up."

"The resort and view we're stunning.The view in the restaurant was stunning but the menu was lacking. There was no seafood on the menu other than seafood risotto or fish. Being right on the ocean, with that ocean view, I feel like they really missed the mark. I expected to see fresh shucked oysters, mussels in white wine sauce etc. There was none of that. The service in the restaurant was awful. Sunday we stopped for a drink. I told the host we just wanted drinks. He brought us 2 food menus no drink menu. We waited quite a while for our server named August. After a lot of time had passed, the host came over and took our order & said he didn't know where our server was. At that time, we asked for a drink menu. He came back with one, and we ordered a drink each. I decided to add a salad. I ordered the grilled squash salad. Our drinks came, we finished them. My salad still had not come so I asked for the bill. Magically, my salad came right out along with my bill. Everything on the salad was cold-there was no cook prep needed just cold items thrown on a plate so I know that they only remembered because I asked for my bill. At this point I felt like it was too late. She waited for me to pay when I hadn't even started eating. I asked if we can eat first. The lounge was renovated, looks really nice and inviting but unfortunately, it does not open until 3 pm. It just doesn't make sense. I want to sit there during the day. I didn't have some drinks.I think it should be open at noon."

"Clean spacious room with plenty of coffee & even a couple of choccies!! Lady on reception was super nice & helpful. The king bed was really comfy too. A great stay."

"The restaurant hasn’t opened yet this spring. Coffee and breakfast sandwiches were available at Dellas across the road, but other restaurants were 15 km away . The king bed was very comfortable , but quite haphazardly made , the bottom sheet wasn’t tucked in. We slept the first night on the mattress cover. The room was spacious and well appointed. We stay in hotels frequently, usually after a 6-8 hour drive. My pet peeve ..why do hotels frequently have only one easy chair in a room for 2?"
