"Having the door code to access our room that we received in advance from doing the pre-arrival check-in was helpful for our late arrival."

"Booked intp Palliser Lodge, check in was at Glacier Lodge. Upon arrival it was clear Palliser Lodge was unstaffed apart from housekeeping. I wasnt comfortable with that & the receptionist at Glacier Lodge was very kind & provided me with a room at Glacier Lodge. It was a very comfortable room, quiet room."
