Top Sunshine Coast Regional District Hotel Reviews
Century Plaza Hotel
8/10 Good
"Not the cleanest, found hair and little bits of stuff on the sheets (could just be because they're white but made me wonder if they were changed) not sure how often they clean the pool, but it's not every night, we got kicked out 5 minutes early and the guy was rude about it too, then the next day there was the same piece of string on the ground from the night before so they obviously didn't clean. Was clean enough though, i would stay again for the right price. Most of the staff were really friendly, some were not. Coffee machine was broken but their coffee is disgusting so I didn't bother complaining. Nice to have a kitchen as an option. We never used it, but was nice to have the option. Safe part of town. Kinda noisy , might need earplugs if you don't like hearing sounds of the building. Water is annoying and likes to go hot and cold when you're showering. We literally only slept there and it was good enough!"
"The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made the experience smooth from check-in to check-out. Breakfast had a decent variety and was fresh with a nice atmosphere. Beautiful view.
Overall, a solid stay and I would consider coming back again."
"Hallway carpet is old and folding. They tray to safe water on toilet, so they you would have to wait like 5 minutes before you can fill up again so you get flush it again. Careless cleaning staff does not make sure all the used towel are taken by checking the washroom cupboard. "
"Got the room right across from the hospital. With sirens from ambulances, did not get a good sleep. Wish we got placed in a different room away from the hospital."
