"This weekend, six of us had an event to attend and tried this B&B for the first time. We always have bad luck in Blackpool with B&Bs, but from the moment we arrived, we just knew it was going to be a pleasant stay. We were welcomed in and walked into our room, and when I say how spacious it was and how white and clean the bedding was, I mean it—you will not be disappointed! The bathroom was on par, and breakfast was incredible with very friendly staff! All in all, this has got to be the best B&B...

"I've stayed in several bed and breakfast hotels on Blackpool and this was the best one. Still the same homey atmosphere but more professionally run. The usual creaky stairs and narrow corridors but renovated to a higher standard. Our "small" room was bigger than I expected and had a nicely tiled bathroom with a modern shower. The electrical outlets were well placed and even had smart phone plug-ins. Breakfast was really nice with lots of variety. All in all, a great stay. "

"It's the staff that make this hotel stand out , closely followed by the food ,which was apparent during breakfast no short cuts on quality, using local suppliers. The biggest surprise was the Saturday nights entertainment with a local group playing all the classics. Rooms in keeping with the traditional vibe that goes with the rest of the hotel. "

"I only needed a single room and they were very help full with this from check-in to Check-out, Room was perfect and on suit shower which was better that my own, Room was very clean with a Kettle and brew kit, My own toilet with plenty of soft Rolls, The Staff (John) was fantastic and gave me a lot of very useful info on what I needed to no, Luke gave me a personnel call to give me more info which I thought was really great and offered me a great deal as I needed to stay an extra night, But I...

"Staff friendly. Only thing that prevented me giving a 5 star review was that the carpet hadn't been vacuum-cleaned prior to arrival. Everything else great."

"Good out of season price. Well fitted-out hotel, slightly strange as few staff about but it was a decent, slightly better than basic stay. "

"Lovely room. The shower cubicle was a bit small, but the shower was good, although no heating in the shower room. The room was accessed via two flights of narrow stairs. Breakfast was reasonable, but could do with yogurt and fresh fruit with the cereals. No offer of separate toast..one piece provided with the breakfast. No jams or marmalade on offer either. The main meals and menu gor dinnrr was excelent"
