"Loved the teapot in the room and real teacups. The outside tables were full of empty glasses & plates the 1st evening I stayed. No tables were bussed. Why? Rarely was there anyone at Reception. Why? Appreciated notices in hallway to remind guests not to disturb others, to close doors quietly etc. Beds were comfy, sheets were good quality, nice pillows. Who thought a wood shelf around the bathroom sink was a good idea?! No noise from neighboring rooms was a pleasant surprise. Shower gel was...

"The bed was comfortable, but they didnt supply breakfast which was a shock. Many stairs up to the bedroom and paintwork looked a bit tired."
