"Stayed only one night but the private room was great with a relatively nice bed and pillow. Easy internet access and a Swiss breakfast. Likes the open seating area."

"Took two hours to check in after which time they had to move me and many other guests to another building in order to get their automated key system to work. Then when I came back to my room I found in crawling with all kinds of bugs from ants to beetles to wasps. Then the customer service when confronted with this did their best to not give a refund. Never use this hotel."

"The nicest staff ever! Location is super convenient to two bus stops. It's loud at night until 11/12, but that's to be expected, so bring earplugs if noise bothers you. "

"die Unterkunft war super. Die Lage ist wunderbar. Das Hotel ist sehr modern und sehr schön eingerichtet, die Zimmer sind simple, aber super eingerichtet. Der Wellnessbereich ist traumhaft. Ich werde definitiv wiederkommen."

"My stay was great. Awesome location just a short walk from Lake Zug, parks, and restaurants. The property is right next to the train stop which makes transportation very convenient to get in and out of Zug. I Stayed in one of the shared dorms. The beds could use curtains for some privacy but everything was clean in the room upon arrival. Staff was very friendly."

"Not sure why someone gave this a 2 rating? It is a solid 7. It is not a 4 star hotel, and the price paid reflects this. Room was basic but sound, shared toilet annoying but not the end of the world, private shower did the job. Access to property automated and worked very simply if following instructions on how to use it. The breakfast was excellent and as Spartan or plentiful as you chose to make it. Wolfenschiesse is not Englberg, but has everything you need in close proximity "
