"The staff throughout the hotel and restaurant were fantastic, all very helpful and friendly. The hotel rooms are great and quiet and the restaurant has excellent local food options, it also seemed popular with locals. Breakfast was great and the free coffee in reception a good start to the day. The hotel is perfectly situated 10minute bus ride away from Thun and with the Visitors Panorama card this is a free journey. We stayed 3 nights and hope to return soon."

"We stayed at Belle Epoque hotel, while visiting Bern. Location is great, close to all attractions, train station. The place is clean and comfortable, staff is friendly. I would skip the breakfast, a lot of nice cafes in the area for breakfast. We liked the place and would stay there again. Strongly recommended"

"Very nice location. Right in the center of the city. What is very special for us is there are super market and laundry just next to the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpfull for us. would be great if the aircon is cooler. Sadly we stay there when heat wave happen in Europe. So the AC doesnt good enough. Other thing is, would be good if there is fridge on the room. Other than that, i would still reccomend people to stay here."
