"Had an amazing stay at Hyatt Ziva Cabo. We went with a group of 13 family members including 3 kids and everyone had a blast. The property was spotless, the food was delicious, and the service was outstanding. Special shout out to Alexander at the Indian restaurant, our chef Jose at the Japanese Tepan restaurant, Geovanny from the main pool bar, Ramón from the kids pool bar, Jair from the breakfast buffet, Antonio from the lobby bar, Cali from the kids club, and Raul from entertainment. They really made our stay special. "

"I was VERY impressed with this property. The exterior is modern & attractive. The lobby and common areas are very clean and well decorated. My room was spacious, newly decorated, and very well furnished. The kitchen & bath were well accessorized with all necessary appliances and supplies. The room even had a fun dutch-door for nice airflow. The hotel also had 3 nice e-bikes and helmets available for free to guests for touring the area."

"Staff was great, property was beautiful. My kids really enjoyed the infinity pools and the movie on the beach was lovely. The room was a great size and we appreciated having a separate space from the kids to decompress. Two outdoor patios attached to our suite were great for meals and drying swim clothes. lol. "Everything was fine. The only thing I wasn't happy with was the lack of sea swimming. The waves were too big and the beach was unfriendly. I wish there was a beach, of course, because people go to Mexico to swim in the sea."

"This is a lovely property on the historic square in San Jose. This small hotel is beautifully landscaped and well maintained, with a small dip pool in the middle. The rooms are very clean and modern. The bar overlooks the patio, and the wait staff are attentive."
