"This was my favorite hotel of 3 on our trip to Japan. Everything was wonderful! The staff were so attentive and kind. They even had a wheelchair for my 88 year old mom to borrow. I wish all my hotel experiences were the same as Anchored Rhiga Osaka."

"Great hotel close to Universal Studio Japan. Hotel was very well maintained, clean and spacious. There’s a Lawson right on the 1st floor, near the elevators. Had a wonderful stay, would definitely be back if we were to visit USJ in the future."

"Good location. Close to train stations, shopping malls and restaurants. The room is quite small. Next to the railway that you can hear the trains during daytime. Self check in and check out. Self service drinks and coffees."

"We had a very pleasant stay overall. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming during our entire visit, always willing to help with anything we needed. The hotel itself and the rooms were very clean, which made our stay even more comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely worth every extra dollar — everything was delicious, fresh, and there were plenty of options to enjoy each morning. The only disappointing part was the temperature inside the rooms. It was extremely hot, and although you can request a fan, it unfortunately didn’t make much of a difference. Aside from that issue, we still enjoyed our stay and appreciated the hospitality from the staff."

"The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially when we were shipping our luggage to the next hotel. I regretted booking a standard room, as I did not realize how small it would actually be. I also was not a huge fan of the TV right over the bed, I know it likely wasn’t going to fall but I still had some paranoia about it. I also really liked how close it was to the station and how easy it was to get to."
