"At check in I had asked for upgrade as I am reward member. I was told they would call my room once upgrade was available. Never got a call. There 3 nights. When I got to my room I noticed how dirty it was. Hair on toilet seat and lid, crumbs on floor, bugs on counter and fridge. Walls in bathroom all splashed up and stained. I could go on and on about how gross I felt and how the floors were sticky and how there was no place to put toiletries in bathroom, but what did me in was the FILTHY bed...

"The first one given to us was dirty, not inspected before being occupied by us because there are still clothes hanging from other guests, socks, lying by the laundry, dust all over the room. I will attach picture as evidence.."

"GREAT LOCATION, easy walk to Queenstown CBD taking in the scenic view along the way. LARGE SUITE ROOM with a bath as a bonus for the tired muscle from hiking. Our view didn't have a lake view, but the mountains and paraflying definitely made up for it. The huge bed was comfortable. And the clean room was supplied with cutlery and crockery for self-contained meals, if needed. There is a laundry for guest use a fully equipped gym. As well as a spa. The staff were very friendly and helpful. 10/10...

"Good amenities, quiet, and clean. The kitchenette and bathroom were very nice inclusions and the room was spacious with a lot of great light and high ceilings. Free laundry right outside the room was great, and it was a short jaunt to the city center and close enough to the airport that a single bus got us there in about 10 mins. Only real complaint was that I never got an answer when trying to call reception during business hours and no response to my email inquiring about extending our stay...
