"My family and I absolutely loved this charming quiet house! With a seven-minute walk to the main bus line and 15 minutes to the tube, as well as many grocery stores and bakeries nearby, it's perfect for living like a local. It rained a lot but we were happy to be in our cozy house. It's about a 30-60 minute ride on public transport though to many tourist sites, but we enjoyed bringing a book along for our double-decker bus rides across town! "

"This place is an absolute dump! The pictures on the site are nothing like real life. I was in London with family and friends over christmas and had to complete the stay due to limited availability and last minute pricing. From day one, this stay was on a path to being a terrible experience. We never got an email with the entry code for the gate. "Everything was as I'd hoped for. Great location, lots of space, lovely bedrooms. The only fault I have was it advertised an iron and board. There wasn't an iron but there were three boards! "
