"We love this hotel! Our daughter goes to NYU and the location is perfect. Our check in ritual is to head over to Whole Foods and the wine shop on Bowery to stock up the mini fridge. The rooms and common spaces are immaculate. Early complimentary coffee on the Lobby level is so appreciated. Can't wait for our next stay!"

"Great one week stay! Renovated rooms are nice and very quiet. Being quite close to the elevator I was concerned I would hear a lot of noise - and I didn't hear anything, which tells you the rooms have great soundproofing.
A couple of things (slow elevators and low shower pressure) could be better, but not deal-breakers by any means. It's a really nice hotel in a great location with close walks to restaurants, a grocery store and a couple of subway stations.
Would definitely stay again!"

"The room is clean and all the staffs are very nice. However, the room size is at the small side and the facility is a bit outdated that some stains can be seen on the wall. "We were lured in by the photos displayed on the websites that advertised this property. There is NO bar NO in room dining NO restaurant or eatery. The photos are a gross overstatement of what this hotel actually is. We had a corner king room which was the only upside for our stay. Other than sleeping this hotel really does not offer any other reasons to stay in. Luggage is stored after you check out for $2 per bag!!!! Location convenient to subways."

"The rooms are bizarre. The bathrooms take up 80% of the room and the toilets are glass so you can see your partner on the toilet. Weird. Rooms have no closets and no coffee/tea. One of the buttons on the toilet didn’t work and the outlets on one whole side of the room didn’t work. On our last night, the AC broke so they switched us to another room. In the new room, the toilet didn’t flush at all and just ran all night, keeping us awake. Staff was friendly and very helpful for the most part but...
