"A friend and I visited the Railway Inn for a nights stay recently. The rooms are in an adjacent building from the Inn, so are completely seperate. The twin room we had was a very generous size, we even a sitting area and an ouside area. The staff at the Inn we really nice to deal with and very helpful. We arrived in time to have food at the Inn, which was really nice. We'd definitely stay there again."

"Stayed 1 night to break up the journey from Cornwall back up North. Absolutely perfect. Gorgeous, clean, modern room complete with patio area and access to beer garden at the back. Air con, mini fridge, complimentary bottled water and milk for the brews. Staff were absolutely amazing. Food was hearty and delicious. It was a perfect end of our hols. The only negative was the clanging mirror hung on the back of the bathroom doir, which we lifted down and replaced before we left. Would definitely...

"Fun old hotel that you’ll really enjoy if you like staying in a tradition hotel above a bar/pub/restaurant. No noise complaints so don’t worry there’s going to be bumping music keeping you awake. Bed was good, room was clean and shower was hot. Several drinks and snacks in the room. Right across the street is cafes for breakfast and within walking distance is lots of shopping. "
