"We had the most wonderful time staying at the Hobbit Hole. The property was incredible: well looked after and very clean. Everything has been very well thought out. We thoroughly enjoyed gazing at the scenery out the window and enjoying the peaceful area."

"Property is on the South side of Royal Victoria Dock. It should be a ten minute walk to Custom House Elizabeth Line / DLR station but no. To get there you have to use the RVD Footbridge which has broken lifts, 8 flights of stairs up, 8 flights down. If you want to just walk with luggage - don't. The property is OK, a little tired, kitchen is OK but only one pan. Main bedroom bed is too big for the room so when you get out of bed you will hit your feet or shins on the corner of the bed. "The accommodation was nothing like advertised. It was not well maintained or clean and was very noisy. We ended up having to change to alternate accommodation at the last minute. I have since requested a refund and have been ignored. "
