"Place is very convenient to shops and food. The apartment is relatively small and squeezed, including the bathroom. The shower floods the bathroom due to its open design. The apartment advertised there was an in-room safe but it could not be opened. The TV remote battery was flat but we got a replacement the next day. The staff was also quite obliging to give us extra towels."

"Exceeded our expectations. The entire experience was undoubtedly much better than all our previous experiences in similar properties throughout West Malaysia. The villa was spacious, well-maintained, and clean. Service levels were excellent - people were friendly, helpful, and prompt. The breakfast provided, while basic, was however enjoyable and adequate. The only gripes we had: 1. This place was at a relatively lower altitude, and therefore temperatures were not as cool as we were originally...

"Very basic but excellent location v near NP entrance, and kind hosts. Wifi was pretty good when switched on. Restaurant opposite park entrance offered breakfast from 6.30. My room was rather tired with barely functioning plumbing, but perfectly adequate considering the location benefit."
