However, our room had no ventilation; the window wasnt openable and the air-conditioning appeared not to work despite following the instructions and waiting for the prescribed 30 minutes. By then it was nearing midnight so I gave up, accepting a barely tolerable, very hot and stuffy room"

"This property is well past its use-by date. Wall paper was peeling on the walls of the corridors, there was depressions in the bathroom floors where the timber was rotten. The Doona was stained. Smoke alarm was on the shelf disconnected. Generally well below par."
