The place was filthy: hair on the sheets, a dirty oven, a rusted toaster, and exposed plumbing. When I reported these legitimate safety hazards, the owner/manager confronted me and my young child in person during checkout. He was aggressive and intimidating, threatening me with 'trespassing' and...
