"This is such a cute and convenient bed & breakfast! Keyless entry made checking in/out super easy. Loved the adorable room which had a great bathroom and lovely amenities in the form of a tea kettle, coffee, tea, milk. Very walkable, very close to both train and town center. Would absolutely stay here again!!"

"The property was excellently situated just around the corner from the Minster. The rooms are well presented with everything you need and staff are very helpful. The pub down stairs is well stocked and a nice environment to be in. Jane was amazing and very generous on our arrival to take our bags in early so we could make the most of our time in York. The breakfast offer is great and the food was lovely, well cooked and great products. The cost of the breakfast offer was well priced and so worth...

"Well positioned for access to all parts of York. The owners ensure that the guests are welcome, comfortable and well provided for Any issues? Access to parking is a little tight for larger vehicles but ample and secure. Otherwise it is as close to perfection as one could expect. "

"Exceptionally clean and comfy room, fresh bedding and towels available. Perfect location on the river, by the train station with just a 5 minute walk to the city centre. We stayed in room 1 and had a lovely view of the river on the morning, hotel was quiet, warm and comfortable. Martyn assisted with great communication telling us everything we needed to know prior to getting to the guest house, check in and check out was simple and easy. "Lovely little place , parking is tight . Super clean and fresh . I never stayed for breakfast as up early but he made me a take out bag with fruit, yogurt , pastries etc which was really nice of him. Also had complimentary biscuits , water and crisps which was a nice touch "
