"What a lovely little guest house within walking distance to York city centre. Danielle was a lovely host who made sure everything was in order for us. The room was comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and the fact that parking is included makes this place good value for money. The only thing worth noting is that the loft room is up 3 sets of stairs (the last one being a little steep) so bear that in mind if you have luggage or if you plan on doing the climb up the York Cathedral Tower tour...

"The property was excellently situated just around the corner from the Minster. The rooms are well presented with everything you need and staff are very helpful. The pub down stairs is well stocked and a nice environment to be in. Jane was amazing and very generous on our arrival to take our bags in early so we could make the most of our time in York. The breakfast offer is great and the food was lovely, well cooked and great products. The cost of the breakfast offer was well priced and so worth...

"Absolute gem of a B&B near the Minster. I traveled with a friend from the US so she could see York. The B&B is ideally situated a short walk from the city walls and York Minster. It never felt too far to walk back from the city attractions, but it was far enough out of the centre to be quiet and feel safe. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and comfortable. The staff are lovely. Nothing was too much to ask. Very accommodating; great communication. Don't be put off by the self-check in...
