"I initially got an apartment with a wifi issue. So, had no internet for one day. I was then moved to a different apartment where wifi was OK but the bathroom kept overflowing and water went all over the place even in the bedroom. I complained and nothing was done. I purchased an iphone 14 pro max and it was delivered to concierge but it disappeared from the parcel room. I kept looking for it for 5 days and it was not found. "Spacious room - simple but exactly what you’d expect from this affordable option. Easy commute into Brighton Centre by bus or UBER. Clean property. Would say bedding was pretty poor. Bedsheet was bobbly and duvet was very thin. Apart from that - great option for a bed to stay for a night or 2. All staff were friendly. Didn’t see much of the students walking around or making noise and all short stay bookings are kept in one area."
