"We travelled by bus with just a short walk with our cases. The hotel frontage is quite small.
The welcome was good with a map supplied but no recommendations. Our room was spacious with a well equipped shower room. We had a kettle, fridge and free safe,
Breakfast was one of the best we have experienced with so much choice and very good service.
The hotel is well located and about 25 minutes walk from the Alhambra.
We would be pleased to stay here again."

"This is a nice hotel around a 15-20 minute walk to the cathedral and main central area.
The room was bright with a modern bathroom, comfortable bed, and good quality linen and towels. We had a fridge and a kettle which was great. Everywhere was clean.
There was a good range of foods at breakfast including cooked food, cheese & meats, pastries, fresh fruit & yogurt and ingredients for tostadas.

"I recently stayed at Eurostars Puerta Real and the experience fell far short of its 4-star “upscale” claim.
The biggest issue was the bed. It was extremely hard and uncomfortable, to the point where I woke up multiple times in pain and even experienced numbness in my legs. I have genuinely slept on more comfortable sofa beds.

"Hotel location is okay, 30 min walk to St Nicolas point view. 5 min walk to supermarket. There is a bar opposite the hotel and this gets very noisy at night. I had to put on my noise cancelling headphones so I could sleep. You can also hear the traffic on the roads, even with the windows closed.
There were no freebies given like other hotels, they have hand soap and cream in the dispensers and the same for the shower but that’s it. They gave teas on the first day of our stay but only give it...

"Clean and tidy hostel with balcony. Great location, however, a little noisy at night with people heading back and forth to night clubs along the street. Tea and coffee and microwave facilities in common area. If driving definately book parking underneath this hostel for 15 Euro as there is no street parking readily available and public parking is more expensive. I would stay again."

"This property is great if you're looking to stay for one to two nights. It was very inconvenient to find out, the area outside of this property was under construction. Also the rooms did feel a little claustrophobic.
