"Room "

"It was a very nice hotel with an excellent spa and casino. The only issue we had was in the morning where there was no coffee anywhere. The barista had called off and the machine wasn’t working and the coffee pots they had out were empty. That was a bummer but that was literally the only issue."

"Things were either robbed or thrown away from our room and we immediately booked another hotel. Front desk acted like it was not a big deal at all. Will not stay here again. If I was not leaving the next day I would of filed a police report."

"The room had a full-sized fridge, which was very convenient. However, I was double-charged at the front desk despite booking through Expedia. Although I followed up with the staff twice during my stay, the issue remained unresolved until Expedia’s customer service intervened to process my refund. I now know that Expedia provides excellent support for such troubles."

"Great customer service and very interactive staff. Save for them, our stay might have been worse. The bed was the issue for us-sunken and made our backs hurt. My husband was not feeling well so he ended up sleeping on the couch all three nights. We were grateful for that option. "
