I left one restaurant after being told 4 times that my selections were unavailable.(Sorry, we are out of ...) I went to the other restaurant, ordered a BLT. After waiting a while, I was told there was no sliced bread, but they could serve the BLT on a bun. I cancelled my order and left."

"The room was clean and tidy. The customer service was not very good. The breakfast was absolutely awful. And the entire hotel hallways and lobby had a strong odor of spicy food cooking our entire three day stay. "

"The pool was too cold. Even though it was inside, the washer temperature was quite unbearable considering it's winter. The hall way was too cold. The 2nd tv did not work. The pull-out sofa is only springs at this point and needs to be replaced immediately. "

It’s clear that the hotel takes good care of the property. The surrounding areas of the hotel were also well kept, and the overall atmosphere was nice and comfortable. "Room wasn’t fully clean . "

"Old, dirty, roaches!! Smells like old food and smoke inside! Everything so old look as if they bought it as is years ago and didn’t fix or replace a damn thing.. it needs to be tore down and redone! "

"The rooms heater was not working it was 27 degrees last night outside , the room was very cold . Try to contact front desk but no one ever answered. Room was very dirty , sheets were stained and there was a white powder substance on the table . Room also had a very bad smell . "

"My room was very clean Coffee was good. Hallway had a smell and tv stopped working. I had to pack up and stay at another hotel. The Marriott clerk said I would get a refund. I'm waiting on that."
