"Located near the airport. There is a free airport shuttle. The food we ate at the Rustic Restaurant was very good. The front staff was helpful. There is a water park nearby."

When redeeming my wine voucher with VIP access, stuff in the bar ignored my arrival and grabbed the voucher from my hand while still on the phone. A disappointing interaction that didn’t reflect the otherwise high standards of the hotel."

"We have stayed at this hotel multiple times. The hotel is really great for travelers due to the close proximity to the airport, the free airport shuttle, and the free breakfast. The staff is really great as well. However, the hotel is starting to show its age a bit and the internet is downright slow and intermittent unfortunately. Regardless, we will most likely utilize the hotel in our future travel needs!"

"The hotel and staff were excellent, but don't bother to eat at the steak house. It is absurdly overpriced, and the ribeye steak was mostly fat."

The place was clean, the amenities were as described, the property was in a quiet area that was walkable and safe. I would stay here again, especially for what I paid. Great value."

"It is very centrally located with easy walking to a lot of places. The room was very quiet, no outside noise whatsoever. It was beautifully decorated and large. Just FYI, they don’t have blackout curtains which was fine with us but might bother others. The air conditioning was great. Very nice shower, too. All staff were very friendly and very polite."
