Parking area are ok but I don't understand why I should pay for parking if I stay in this hotel. Just in Romania happens things like this. I will never reserve room in this hotel

Overall, a lovely stay at this hotel. We stayed for two nights in a “cosy” room, although we didn’t quite realise this meant having just two tiny windows, so the room felt a little dark, especially with the dim lighting. Tudor Apartment Universitate
Didn't even get to stay in the apartment as we couldn't get in contact with them! Had to book an expensive alternative hotel at late notice, otherwise we would have been stranded late at night. No sign of a refund and we're battling still!
