"The location and price are amazing! Parking is free and always has free spaces. The staff is very polite and helpful. There are too soft mattresses and old arm chairs which could be a reason for a back pain. Linens are very old and look dirty even though I’m sure they were washed."

"The hotel was a great place to stay, close to Sedona but much more affordable. It was clean, in a safe area, across the street from a gas station/store, and near many restaurants. I highly recommend Saverions Italian Kitchen. The free breakfast had many options - the kitchen area is large and well maintained."
