"The location is good. And the pool for kids are fun. But it doesn’t have hot tub. The pool water is kind cold during our visit. The carpet is not that clean. The fan at bathroom is very dirty and looks like mold growing there. The bath hot water is not hot enough. They don’t clean your room everyday. And our tissue is run out at last day as no one change or refill it. "

"Mildew smell, threadbare sheets, stained curtains and comforters, springy beds, flickering lights, loud music until 4 am Nextdoor. Went here for spring break and would have had a great time if we had just picked another place to stay, they miscellaneously charged my friends card for a huge sum of money and thought they could get away without us noticing and then didn’t take any accountability for their mistakes. Pool and hot tubs and tennis courts are nice enough and the beach isn’t too crowded. Staff is unenthusiastic and unhelpful and the security deposit was as much as the room. Do not stay here. "

"The room I booked which was supposed to have 2 queen beds and 1 pull out couch, was not available. I was told the price was the same for the 1 queen bed. There was vent in room 201 that let out into the hallway and we could hear EVERYTHING going on outside. Also there is some sort of damage above the door which looked like water damage. Breakfast was ok. "

"I would never stay here again, bathroom had black mold in corners ,tub was cracked ,room stunk of mildew,it was spring break only thing good was the hot tub was hot staff was pleasant and thank goodness we only had a bed to sleep,never again would i book through hotels.com you need to check out this hotel."

"If you’re looking for a quiet place with two good pools and hot tubs, this is a nice find. Easy enough beach access. Definitely not a party place for spring break. Gated parking was very convenient No bar on site but close enough to walk to several good restaurants, coffee shops and bars. First room had broken blinds and no bedding provided for the foldout bed. No TP is provided if you run out. They were gracious enough to move us to another room, which was much more functional and had a couple of beach chairs. Blinds worked and they provided bedding for a futon. We shopped locally to make our own food in the well stocked kitchen. "
