"I was very disappointed with our stay. We had a serious humidity and moisture problem in our room from the moment we arrived. The floor was constantly wet, and there was condensation all over the ceiling. At night, water droplets formed on the ceiling directly above the bed and actually dripped on us while we were sleeping. This is completely unacceptable for a hotel room. When we reported the issue to the hotel, instead of addressing the problem, staff blamed us. They claimed it was because...

"Bought food to cook since we had a stove in our room but only one burner worked and would cut off once it was hot the oven would turn on but turn offf. Bed was dirty so I asked the guy over night to help and he said he couldn’t do anything since he’s not a house keep or maintenance worker"

"Great place to stay! Our room was very clean, roomy, and comfortable. We enjoyed the bar and live music. They also served great food! We had a short stay but the best part was we did not have to leave the hotel....eat, drink and be merry on site! The staff was friendly and customer service was great as well. Highly recommend and we will be back!"
