"The view and location was very good. The condition of the property left a lot to be desired. Main floor balcony door would not open and after maintenance sprayed with WD40 it opened but was still VERY hard to move so balcony was unusable. Second floor balcony blinds would not work so remained down and in the way of getting out the door. There was no way to tie them up to see the view or use the balcony. " Great hotel, big rooms, hot tub, heated pool and kiddie pool. Beach towels are provided. Nice walkway to the beach and showers to wash the sand off. Snack bar that can make mixed drinks. No bellboys but lots of luggage racks to get to your room. Starbucks, little bakery area, nice gift shop. Free breakfast is good and served from 7-10am. Housekeeping is every other day. "The place is very small and so very inviting and homey, everyone that works here goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable and taken care of, shout out to Meg, Marjorie, Michele, and Josh they all went above and beyond from parking to pointing out different activities to do in town, to including us in the daily activities and waiting on us hand and foot!
