"Much more like my own home than a typical motel. I like the fact that it had separate kitchen area, bedroom, and bath. There was a little sand left in the bathtub from the previous occupant, but sand is just part of life at the beach."

"The service was great! Room was clean but smaller than expected. We got the kitchenette, it was fully stocked with all the essentials. That was a big plus. The beach view was beautiful from the balcony. I didn't like that the restroom sink and mirror is outside the restroom. And for some reason we woke up with the whole room being damped. The floor, mirror, kitchen counter, even our sheets. Not sure why that happened."

There were a number of times there were no towels in pool area. Staff was nice but overall the property was not what was expected for the cost. We will not be going back."

The owner said our stay did not include guaranteed parking. There wasn’t any parking available in the street either. Parking is based on a daily pay rate, but you could park on the street at no charge. I needed to stay one more night beyond my reservation and they accommodated that request at a reasonable rate. The only downside would be the pillows. I had 4 pillows and none of them were comfortable at all. They were all flat, no fluff or support. No decor, but do you really need...

"This property is old and needs some maintenance and structure updates to be a comfortable stay. I stayed with my daughters for three nights. Each day we left the hotel and came back the room card was deactivated. There was one towel placed at arrival for a reservation of four. The wall against the AC unit on the bottom appeared to have mold and rust build up. There were two occasion with bugs… a roach and a small spider. Ruined the comfort level. Pillows were horrible.
