The hotel looked well kept in comparison to some others in the area. I enjoyed that the hotel was only a couple yards from the beach. The breakfast was better than expected considering the omlette station. The only negative I have is that around 5:30-6:30 am there was some loud noices.

To start off DONT STAY here honestly to start off when I come in I said hi spoke to the associate in a proper manner and I only received attitude it honestly felt she didn’t care to be there I asked simple questions and she just seemed so annoyed with everything then we get to the room the sink is clogged the room sheets looked dirty the pillows horrible the room felt sandy as we opened them the bathroom light made a obnoxious noise then the shower was so small and had signs of dirtiness it was unpleasant the elevator was horrible it took forever to ever open it made unsafe noises as it moved then the hotel in general was so hot it felt so horrible and to make matter worse they key cards would not work properly and the staff seemed so annoyed over a issue we couldn’t fix they swore it was our phones but I kept in far from it oh to add on to the staff issue I called the front to ask for toilet paper be sent up and the lady said you can come down and get it how did they and the staff not even see that it was low stock but overall please don’t stay here the hotels next door looked way better way cleaner way better parking overall I hate that I booked here

We appreciate how clean the workers kept this property. It is older but well maintained. No dank smells. All fresh! Breakfast is very busy but good, including made to order tacos and omelets. Beds are ok, could be more comfy, but they worked for us. I loved the access to the beachside bar as well as the deck lounge chairs with an amazing beach view. We’ll stay here again. Front desk folks are friendly too.

The outdoor music next door played until midnight each night. Sounded like they were on our balcony. With the ice machine across from our room which people started using early in the morning. Not the place to stay if you value sleep.

The pictures shown of the rooms online are not accurate of the actual rooms. Many of the lights in the room did not work, making the space dark and un-welcoming to be in. The staff was not helpful when asked how to get to the room, they replied by repeating the floor and staring at you as if you could read their mind. Parking is terrible no where really to park.

Rooms were nice but only 1 of the elevators was working & ice machines were broken. It was a busy weekend so the wait for the only working elevator was long. Parking was also a hassle. Not enough spaces for the amount of guests.

The breakfast was always out of everything no pastries ever like it says there are. Only 1 elevator was working. Families with tons of kids took over the pool and it was full of sand. I won’t go back.

The location of this hotel is ideal, as you are right on the beach. The breakfasts are amazing, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The grounds are well-kept. The restaurant is inexpensive, has great service, and the food is very good. We can't wait to come back!

All was good. There is a 75 fee on my card and it’s been there since Thursday and we are now on Wednesday of the following week. There is a 20 dollar fee for parking. 10$ per day. The elevators were not working. Had to use the stairs. The room was clean. Staff was friendly. Overall it was clean and comfortable.

Both elevators were out of service Sunday. Stairs were slippery from people going up to their floors soaking wet. The bathroom in the bedroom had black stains all over the floor and the smoke detector was ripped off the ceiling. When we spoke to front desk about it they said they have that problem in many rooms from people smoking in them. We had to end our stay early due to the safety concerns. Awful place.

We called and were promised a pet free room and when we arrived the room smelled of wet dog and we had to leave early the room was not clean there was food stuck on the bathroom door The balcony had dog feces on it The staff was rude and we have asked for the night we stayed to be refunded and they won’t answer back to Expedia to approve our refund we checked out at 8am so they could rent out the room Then the staff stated there are no pet free rooms My husband had a severe asthma attack due to the pet hair on the furniture in the bed and the smell of animal We were frustrated that we were lied to

The place is amazing! I loved it, especially because it’s walking distance to the beach. The staff was very friendly and respectful, and the rooms were clean, spacious, and had a great breakfast with a wide variety of options. The pool was clean, but the only downside is that some dog owners let their pets defecate on the floor without picking up after them. It’s disturbing right in front of the walkway! Not cool.

Its a money grab. I have never had to pay to park my car when I stay at a hotel or motel. This was a first. I picked this hotel because it had beach access. On my check out morning a hotel representative came around and demanded we pay 45 dollars to use the beach. Really?? We left. not staying here again.

Where can start, front desk ladies are not friendly at all, regardless of the day or time, the only friendly people we the cleaning, maintenance staff, and the older Hispanic guy at the front desk, our room started leaking from the roof the second day of our stay so we had to move to a different room, also two of the lights were not working in the first room, one of the lamps also wasn’t working on the second room, when we went to eat breakfast the orange juice machine was empty so I asked one of the ladies to bring another bottle and it seems like she was bothered about it so she went inside the kitchen got a new one replaced it and left , after that day we decided to go eat breakfast somewhere else, the same thing happened at the front desk after we ran out of toilet paper, I requested a new toilet paper she was a little short and not friendly, the fire alarm was going off every day randomly, one of the two elevators stopped working and the last thing was when we checked out I returned the keys to the front desk and the lady didn’t even bother to ask us if everything was okay or nothing, took the keys and didn’t say anything, I will never come back to this hotel again.
