"The outdoor pool is terribly small. Dispensers for shampoo and bath broken, when I asked to refill the bath, I received shampoo, which I did not ask for. They charge for the garage for guests, which is located in the hotel itself... a shame"

"This property is right by the beach. Also, all the restaurants and chops are within walking distance. It is very cute clean great staff on it is an older property so maybe not as modern. It has been renovated somewhat. We enjoyed our stay at the end and would come back mainly for the location."

"Never went in the pool. It was not what i thought it would be. Its a hole in the wall motel. Not worth the money at all. We had to check in at a kiosk machine. "

"Overall decent place, it’s next to a gas station on one side and alcohol store on the other property is clean rooms are up to date… stayed for 5 nights had to ask for towels rooms were never cleaned or checked for clean towels etc.. asked for late check out even was willing to pay nope he said th room needed to be cleaned best of all VACANCY sign was lite up the whole time "

"The hotel is lovely - the adults only pool is awesome with food and beverage service. My only minor complaint - and I am guessing it is because we were there mid-week - is that a lot of food options were closed. The primary restaurant off the lobby was even closed for a "private event" - most of the stuff in the food court was closed - really left us only the option of the sports bar - which was fine - as long as you just wanted a burger. "

"There is a coffee and ice cream shop next-door. Did not use the amenities at all nor did I look at them. The rooms do need updating but would not keep me from staying there again as it is a reasonable priced property. The front desk staff is amazing! So helpful! You get a parking pass or downtown for your car which is great! "

"The property is located next to a busy highway so very noisy, but is clean and the staff are friendly. The breakfast choices were fruit, cold cereals, toast, pancakes and yogurt. The location was great - older property. It well maintained."

"A must stay if you are in the Port Charlotte/Punta Gorda area. The house was spotless and had everything you needed for a homelike feeling. Spacious and well equipped with the necessities for everyday comfort in a quiet neighborhood. Close to main road with access to shopping and restaurants. Better than an "extended stay" hotel."

"If you like a vintage motel that reminds you of a way back motor lodge, this is the perfect place for you. No phone in the room with everyone having cell phones now. The walk to the office is simple and short. Free coffee! Great ice machine and Coke vending machine. It was very low-key and not many people since they don’t have a lot of rooms. So nice! The area is safe with modern conveniences close. There’s a Publix and Dollar General within walking distance. We did need to Uber to the beach but...

"All in all, was an acceptable experience. One of my hand towels had old makeup stains on it, so I left it on the floor expecting a clean one to replace it. The new towel put on the rack had stains too, so I don't know if it was not replaced or if they have lots of stained hand towels in circulation!"
