"Booked a medically necessary room with roll in shower and it was not avaliable when we arrived. No management available that night or morning or the following day when I called. Filed a case with the hotel chain but have yet to get a response from management. "

"Have stayed at this location before, it seems that this time there was some storm damage (roof leaks, giant fans in halls) to this location making it look a little rougher around the edges this time. Both times I have stayed now, the elevators were all covered in paper like there was construction. Could be a coincidence but seemed odd.
