"No lift to up stairs and stairs narrow so wise to think about what luggage need for stay Room, bar and restraunt just fine and ran a breakfast session (extra charge) but not for early starters Good host"

"We had a few issues with the room- no hot water in the morning, unable to turn off one of bedside lights other than by taking out the bulb, faulty coffee machine. However what was much more important to us was the prompt and efficient way in which the manager dealt with our problems. Five stars for that!"

"Very helpful staff checking in is quick and easy, next time I’d ask for rooms further away from the entrance doors from the hotel into the bedrooms mainly because guests seem to say they’re goodbyes there and can be a little loud this doesn’t reflect poorly with the hotel people like not having to walk down to the end of the corridor, personally I prefer end rooms as they are much quieter, good food in the bar and plenty of staff on breakfast was a bit disappointing not a lot of selection from...
