"The hot tub has been broken down for a long time according to the front desk staff. The hot tub was the reason that property was picked above others. The buttons in my heater/air conditioner were all ripped off so I had to push random "buttons" to try to get it turned on and to the correct mode and temperature. Breakfast was an absolute joke. No juices, no eggs, no meats, etc. Never staying there again."

"The staff is top notch we ran into a problem with our TV they did everything they could to fix the problem but couldn't gave us a new room and helped us move our stuff to the new room. Will definitely stay there again"

"In a few words it was as if I had gone inside a movie set for a drug/ crack house. The property was dirty. There were wholes punished through both sides of the bathroom door, light fixtures were missing, cigarette burns on bed sheets, human hair on bedsheets, floor was filthy. I was moved to a second room the same night. The conditions were the same. The security latch on the inside of the door was missing. One room on the bottom floor was boarded up with plywood. I was terrified to sleep there....

"At first look, the room seemed fine-ish. Got in late so we didn't look around thoroughly. The next day is when we started seeing the issues. The bathroom had mold growing on the ceiling above the shower. There was a very large sliced open bubble of the ceiling that drooped down that had clearly previously held a large amount of water. "Long term live in tenants. Dogs barking at night. People in and out slamming doors and talking very loudly in the middle of the night. Toilet and sink clogged. Floors not clean. Tile missing. Baseboards missing. Rooms smelled like cigarettes. Stains on walls. Paint chipping from cabinets. No amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap. Towels smelled of mildew. Felt unsafe from the long term tenants that lived in building and strangers in parking lot."
