Cari Chalet di Doodletown

"Loved it!"

"I really like the stay, only one problem was the heat. But because of the old building, you can’t adjust your room temperature, and I didn’t want to mess up the central AC/Heater in the common room. ( I could actually just call the staff, but it was 10pm already when it started to get super hot) I kept waking up and sweating, I didn’t get a good sleep until the morning I checked the temperature, it was 85F. I was lucky that I survived that night."

"We requested an ADA roll in shower room. When we checked in I reminded the staff member about needing a roll in shower as my husband is in a wheelchair. I was told that we were in an ADA room and that the hotel was sold out. Our room had a walk i.n shower. No bench in the shower . No bars to hang onto near the shower or toilet. It was not an ADA room! No shower for my husband and this is unexceptable."

"We loved our stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The amenities were wonderful, but mostly, this is a gorgeous property! For such an historic property, it is so comfortable and beautiful! We wish we could have stayed longer!"

"The room was quite large and clean. We stayed here when we went to the harry potter forbidden forest exhibition. The front staff were extremely friendly and the breakfast was good also."

"I have never stayed in a hotel room that was not cleaned every day. Their policy was to clean every other day. Kept having to ask for towels a lot. Breakfast was marginal at best. Eat breakfast out daily after our first day. Staff was congenial but with an attitude."

"Great breakfast selection, very clean property overall"

"We didn’t have a great experience at this property. Alarm went off at 4am and had to go out in the freezing cold in the middle of the night with my toddler in arms. Apparently it has happened multiple times in the past at 4am. We checked out right away after this experience and didn’t even use any facilities. Stay away if you want to have a good experience."

"Pretty basic but pet friendly was a plus. Shower in our room did not work."

"Clea room, staff. breakfast. Parking gratuit"
