Room was fine, although the water got the shower was cold so not sure why they was. Everything else was fine.

The place was rundown, the parking lot was a disaster! The drive to the venue we were in town for was no “5 mile drive”…it was treacherous!!

I can't fully express my disappointment with this hotel. The website said newly remodeled rooms and the only thing that we saw newer than 1970 was the flooring. We booked this stay for a black tie event at the (unfortunately, sold out) Thayer Hotel, and were so uncomfortable with the condition of this room and property, that we drove over two hours to go home rather than stay the night in this poor excuse for an inn.

Room was filthy. Tub was dirty and the trap was rusted apart. Our second room had a large leak in the ceiling. Both rooms reeked of cigarette smoke. We ended up driving home after an afternoon football game at army and getting in at 2 AM because the rooms were so rundown we couldn’t stay a second night.

Room did not look like photos posted for the property. Dark red carpet, dark wall by the bed made the room a bit oppressive.

This property seemed like a government welfare housing complex. Rooms smelled like pot, roof water damage, trash everywhere outside. Just terrible. Hotel should be shut down.

The image used on the site was a little deceptive. There were no exposed wood roof with vaulted ceilings. We were on the first floor and it was a popcorn ceiling with water damage. The room was clean and the beds weee comfortable. The outside is definitely being renovated so it looks a little rough.

Curb Appeal; the parking lot isn't paved, the outside including doors to rooms need paint WiFi; sporadic connections Rooms were circa 1990 furniture; beds were old and uncomfortable Pictures on website do not represent the property Not worth the premium price on game day weekends. It doesn't seem the management cares about much except the money. I am not sure who owns it and maybe an outside US company. For $300 a night it was not worth the money

Room was clean and well appointed, though well worn. Climate control functioned well. TV and internet worked well. I was disappointed that I did not receive housekeeping until my third day. Trash cans had built up significantly. Towels need replaced daily.

The property was in good condition but shows it's age as expected. The rooms were adequate and clean but the furnishings need replacement. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. We felt that it was a bit overpriced but it's summertime and it was a Friday & Saturday night stay.

Security was very poor; no safety lock on door or window. We were on the ground floor and had to use a hanger to secure the window from opening. The parking lot was deteriorated and flooded. It had poor curb appeal. It didn't resemble was on the website.
