Room was clean and well appointed, though well worn. Climate control functioned well. TV and internet worked well.
I was disappointed that I did not receive housekeeping until my third day. Trash cans had built up significantly. Towels need replaced daily.
Young man I totally forgot his name but I think he’s around 19 years old, checked us in 3rd July late midday with my wife. He’s told us all the restaurants nearby and all the info we needed. Thanks you made us feel welcome !

The property was in good condition but shows it's age as expected. The rooms were adequate and clean but the furnishings need replacement. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. We felt that it was a bit overpriced but it's summertime and it was a Friday & Saturday night stay.
I would like to leave a review about my recent stay. The property itself was beautiful, the surroundings were clean and well maintained, and the rooms were spotless, comfortable, and very inviting. Unfortunately, the customer service did not match the quality of the property. When people travel upstate to New York, they usually do so to relax and enjoy a peaceful environment. Being greeted with a poor attitude from the very beginning made the experience disappointing. In addition, the reception area was very noisy, making it difficult to enjoy the quiet atmosphere we were expecting. The staff member who welcomed us was rude, unprofessional, and showed very little courtesy. It is unfortunate because the hotel and its facilities are truly beautiful, but the quality of customer service had a significant negative impact on our overall experience. I hope management addresses these issues so future guests can enjoy the excellent property along with the level of service it deserves.

the hotel was very outdated and not very well kept. The staff was friendly.
I stayed here for just one night and found it to be exactly what I needed—clean, affordable, and well-located. While the accommodations are simple and not fancy, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the price was excellent for the area. If you’re looking for a basic place to rest for the night, this is a solid option.
The room was nice and clean. The staff were very nice and welcoming. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting West Point.

The hotel is in the process of being renovated. The staff was friendly and had everything ready for us when we got there. They accommodated a late check out. Overall, the experience was fine. The location is excellent so I'm looking forward to seeing the hotel after all of the renovations have been completed.

Parking lot is in disrepair. Room that we were in had cobwebs in the corners. Furnature was mismatched. Over all the rooms are extremely dated and in need of updating with quality workmanship. Internet was poor to nonexistent. TV is internet only so it didn’t work. On the plus side. The bed and sheets were clean and comfortable. The shower was clean and the water was hot. The parking lot is well lit so you can see the potholes easily in the dark. The motel is right next to the police station and close to West Point. Bottom line, not nearly worth the price. Will not book again.
Nice friendly staff. Easy check in. Welcoming. Renovated rooms and bathrooms. Great rooms!

The Fairbridge is going through a much needed refresh. One building has received a new roof, while others were in progress. I was told that the parking lot was to be refinished, which it desperately needs. The rooms are quite large but need new furnishings. The proximity to West Point is great and the price was right.
We appreciated their after hours check in procedures. Very easy and glad to walk into a room with the heat already on during a cold November night. That showed good hospitality!
